When two prototype energy cells are stolen, Oscar believes that the culprit is a double agent known as the Ice Man. He sends Jaime to The Golden Lady, a luxury sea-going casino owner by Lucky Harrison, the man suspected of being the Ice Man. Posing as a blackjack dealer, Jaime must locate the cells before they can be sold to a foreign power; however, she is up against time, because if the cells are not kept frozen, they will become unstable – and the resulting explosion will destroy the casino and all aboard her…
